Hey, aaron patten just figured he'd shoot off a quick update while he has a second! okay so i was in the maries county parade earlier today, and today i've been with sarah at the fair, mostly at this auction thing. sarah had to take pics of the animals that were bought or sold, or won awards and stuff. my bad, i meant to say WITH. lol and there was this one big ass hog she was in a picture with that was eating this cow shit. sarah was so disgusted. wait, why am i blogging about my day again? i've been trying to get MORE interesting, posting something people might actually WANT TO READ! so my bad, ill find a better idea soon, i promise

the big night

tonight is the night that Sarah is scheduled to win the maries country fair. i just had to mention that. but i've gotta move this blog into an area other than my personal life, because personally i don't think people are gonna want to read about my pretty boring life. i don't know exactly what i'm going to write about, but i'll think of something. maybe i could include a log of all my amazing ideas? but i think if i did that i would randomly find out someone had stolen my idea and patented and screwed out of like my billion dollars. but whatever, all that's still up in the air. i've got to keep my goal in mind, making the top search for Aaron patten. okay this is getting nowhere. i have an idea actually, i need to write two sonnets, this would be an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the Internet communication superhighway. but yea thats kind of irrelevant. i have a new goal. i would love to be the number one return on a google search for aaron patten. that would be amazing. so idk what it's gonna take to achieve that, but i'm gonna go ahead and give it a shot. wish me luck.

oh and i'll take the chance to tell everybody sarah got third in the talent show singing, and her pageant is thursday!

maries fairy thing

Aaron back on the blogging road. currently I'm at my girlfriend's house in vienna. the maries county fair is tonight and we are going! it should be fun. been working on getting the word out about my site, mostly by word of mouth. I'm still trying to find something to give me an "edge" some kind of hook that will draw thousands of visitors like magnets automatically, therefore making me that much richer, that much faster. any ideas feel free to let me know! i would love to hear what people have to say. shit if you want I'll dedicate a whole damn blog post to you. I'm just that kinda guy. but I'll go ahead and say something about my day. i finished "one flew over the cuckoo's nest" by ken kesey. the ending was sad, but it was a very good read, i enjoyed it thoroughly and would recommend to any one looking for a good book.

New Slipknot cd

Hey sgtarse back in the blogging game. this isn't so much of an update as it is a self promotion stunt. see i bought the new Slipknot CD. All Hope is Gone. and by like mentioning it in my blog, i'm seeing if maybe it sends some random traffic my way. i guess we'll see. if you haven't noticed yet, i'm got some adsense sponsored links on this page. i would love it if you would go a head and give them a visit. but i guess i should at least say something about Slipknot, it rocks. i really like it. its more like their older stuff, but it has a whole new feel. overall it's very good.
